MBA Mortgage is looking for Qualified and licensed loan officers to join our team. 

MBA is looking for Experienced Senior Loan officers to join their team.  The ideal employee will bring a passion for the mortgage industry and motivation to grow within the company.  The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for originating all types or Mortgage’s, Pricing, Managing Pipelines, Business building, Networking. 

All experienced loan officers will benefit from Salary, Commission, Incentives, and Bonus.  The ideal Candidate will make between $65,000 and $100,000/ year

6. Experience with Calyz Point Preferred, but not required
7. Willingness to join a team of loan officers and work together

Processing Position

MBA Mortgage Corporation, located in South Boston, has an opening for a full time Senior Loan Processor. In this position the Sr Loan Processor will report directly to the principles while managing the processing department in all aspects of loan processing, and compliance. In this position, the candidate gathers, reviews and validates documents required to close loans. The candidate also maintains contact with clients, vendors and Senior Loan Officers.

Job Description:

Requirements:                  

• Must have processed within the last 2 years               
• Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines                
• Knowledge of processing underwriting and/or closing procedures/federal lending regulations governing real estate lending
• Ability to manage a heavy pipeline of 50 plus loans                
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, teamwork and customer service skills                
• Self-motivated and highly organized                
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks               
• Exhibit timeliness in regards to schedule                
• Flexibility to work extended hours during heavy workload periods. 

 Desired Skills                

• Familiar with FHA and HUD guidelines                
• Government Processing Experience                
• Mortgage processing experience                
• Familiar with Calyx Point or similar software, and DO/DU/LP               
• Proficient with Microsoft office, with emphasis on Excel
