MBA Mortgage Corporation is looking or candidates for their upcoming training program for entry level sales position.  This particular position will offer salary, benefits, and bonuses for the right candidate.  Upon graduation from the program, the new Loan Officer will be eligible for growth potential and placed on 2-5 year management track.   

 This unique training program is looking for candidates who:

• Are motivated for a career and not a job
• Are willing to work on a team
• Are self Motivated to succeed
• Are able to learn on the Fly
• Have a College Degree or commensurate experience (IE: 2-4 years Full time)
• Are able to take instruction and posses thick skin
• Possess good oral and written skills (writing Sample required)

We have a tested, proven training program for the right candidate.  The right candidate has a demonstrated desire to learn, ambition, and the tenacity to stick with our program for 6 months.  He or she understands that creating success is challenging, and is more of a marathon than a sprint.  We require trainees to learn on the fly, take constructive criticism well, and strive to deliver consistent, top flight effort and results.
