MBA Mortgage Corporation is looking for local candidates to join their expanding operations. In all our positions (Entry Level Training program, Loan Officer, Sr. Loan Officer, ), we are looking for an employee that will bring a passion and pride for what they do no matter what the industry, and also a motivation to grow within the company.

For all applicants, we are looking for individuals who have the following chracteristics:

• Motivation and drive to establish a career, not just a job
• Strong Desire to succeed in a highly competitive sales position
• Ability to learn through action, take instruction, constructive criticism and accept responsibility
• Background in or strong skills in Finance and Math and/ or Excellent Analytical Skills
• Strong Oral and Writing Skills (writing sample may be required)
• A College Degree (preferred)
• Willingness to join a team of loan officers and work together

Experienced Loan Officer

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years Mortgage Experience
• MA Origination License
•                      If you are not currently licensed, you must be able to become licensed
•                      Show Ability to generate loans
• Experience with Calyx Point Preferred, but not required

Senior Loan Officer

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Proven pipeline
• Minimum 3 years Mortgage Experience (2 most recent years)
• MA Origination License
• Experience with Calyx Point Preferred, but not required
